Stories we’ve told

These are real people, real conversations, and real stories — filmed in their homes, in their own words.

Every life holds something extraordinary. Here are a few of the people we’ve had the privilege of filming — and the stories they chose to share.

John's story

Your Memory — Story Feature Film

John wanted to leave behind a piece of himself for his two daughters — a way for them to truly know him, not just as their father, but as the man he became through a life well lived.

His face lit up when he spoke about his years on a Navy ship, the distant places he travelled, and the lifelong friendships he formed along the way.

Through laughter, memories and quiet reflection, John shared a legacy that now lives on in his own words. It was an honour to help him tell it.

Ian's story

Your Voice — Story Feature Film

Filming Ian’s memories and stories from 62 years of playing Santa was a delight.

He takes you back to the wonder and magic of childhood in a heartfelt portrait of lifelong service and tradition.

The film explores ritual, identity, and the small acts that create meaning: “The beard is just over a year’s growth. I have one trim a year.” Ian’s devotion is joyful and stubbornly hopeful: “The more people I can get a smile out of the better I feel.” He reflects on beginnings and a daring promise: “I was Santa for the family 62 years ago this past Christmas in ’25. I’ve got some sort of wild plan that I will do it for 70 years.”

Watch now to meet Ian and share a season of smiles, hugs, and enduring generosity.

Jocelyn and Harold's story

Your Memory — Story Feature Film

Sixty years ago Jocelyn and Harold sealed their bond in marriage. From that first meeting — full of promise and quiet laughter — they built a life rooted in mutual respect, shared work, and constant conversation.

Through joys and setbacks they remained a team, facing every challenge side by side and celebrating every victory together.

Their strength wasn’t in grand gestures but in steady, everyday love: small acts of care, the patience to listen, and the willingness to solve life’s puzzles as equals.

This film celebrates Jocelyn and Harold — not just for the years they’ve shared, but for the way they choose one another, every single day.
